- Each price covers up to 3 sheets, black and white. Longer letters are not supported yet.
- A US return address is required, and the recipient must have a US address.
- If the print and mail service rejects your address or letter before printing, you are refunded automatically. Once the letter is accepted for mailing, the sale is final.
What Certimail is, and is not
Certimail is a mail-sending service. We print and post what you tell us to, exactly as written. We do not give legal advice, check whether a letter meets a legal requirement, or act as your lawyer. You are the sender of record, and the letter goes out in your name.
Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. Certimail sends the letter you write. It does not tell you what to say or whether a letter satisfies a lease, HOA rule or state law. For that, ask a licensed attorney.
What can I send?
A letter of up to 3 sheets, printed in black and white, from a US return address to a US address. Threats and harassment are refused. See the terms for the full list.
When do I pay, and what if it fails?
You pay on a Stripe checkout page before anything is mailed. If the print and mail service rejects the address or letter before printing, your payment is refunded automatically.
Who sees my letter?
The recipient, and the print and mail service that produces it. An automatic check looks for threats and harassment before payment. Details are in the privacy policy.
